Our Legacy & History
The Company began in 1952 when its founder, Jim Graham, picked up a gavel and sold his first piece of land. By the 1980’s our firm pioneered the use of auctions for the United States Bankruptcy Court here in Florida by selling out Sam Senter Farms and immediately followed with The Port Everglades Ship Yard.
Over seven decades after its founding, the firm has maintained its legacy of leadership by conducting many of Florida’s largest, most successful auctions on behalf of government agencies, corporations, financial institutions, private businesses, trustees, attorneys and individuals.
Buyers from Alaska to Europe have responded by purchasing over $100 million dollars in real and personal property. Our database of buyers grows with each campaign. We bring liquidity to the marketplace by maximizing seller value through competitive bidding – the ultimate indicator of market value.
